I didn’t want to. Really. I just wanted to give a comment on a series of websites claiming “If you burn yourself you have to burn yourself a second time – this is the essence of homeopathy.” Ouch, that hurts. No, it was not this article. That one.
But the owner wouldn’t let me comment without an OpenID. I used LiveJournal, which wasn’t accepted for a reply, so I created this WordPress account. Now I was able to comment – on the postings below and above. Seems, they got too much criticism already – one negative comment.
After going through all this hassle I thought, why not use this blog to answer. Let’s see, if the blog will come handy in the future as well.
Basically I only had two questions to the reluctant homeopathy purist and simplist.
1) Ok, your anecdotal evidence says it works perfectly. My anecdotal evidence says, homeopathy doesn’t do anything. What advice should we give a third person, who is in need of a remedy?
2) You argue, that heat is more homeopathic than cold. This is actually not true. Heat is thermal energy – cold is diminished thermal energy. Or, to adapt your vocabulary, diluted thermal energy. So why do you give an advice against the rules of homeopathy? Are you a false prophet trying to undermine the principles of true homeopathy?
I know, too many questions. And definitely not faithful enough.Alas, I will repent in heaven.
